Elkhorn Schools EPS Pre-Approved Fully Insured COI Available

Elkhorn School Event Rentals Planned for the right EPS building, grade band and event schedule.

“Elkhorn” is not a single-campus delivery instruction. Elkhorn Public Schools now spans 22 elementary, middle and high-school buildings on the western edge of the Omaha metro, so the school name has to come before the equipment list.

Jumpers4You provides Elkhorn School Event Rentals for field days, PTO family nights, carnivals, fundraisers, reward days and end-of-year celebrations in Elkhorn, Nebraska. We are pre-approved with Elkhorn Public Schools, fully insured and able to provide a Certificate of Insurance when requested.

Give us the exact EPS building, date, student-use window, grades, attendance and approved surface. We will help shape Elkhorn Field Day Rentals, Elkhorn School Carnival Rentals or Elkhorn PTO Event Rentals around that campus.

The EPS footprint

Twenty-two schools create twenty-two possible arrival and setup plans.

The current Elkhorn Public Schools directory lists 14 elementary schools, five middle schools and three high schools. An event at Iron Bluff Elementary does not have the same age mix, traffic pattern or usable space as one at Elkhorn North High School.

22 K–12 Schools
14 Elementary Schools
5 Middle Schools
3 High Schools

EPS serves the western edge of the Omaha metro, where neighborhood growth and attendance boundaries can make an “Elkhorn” address less useful than the building name. The district itself tells families to verify uncertain addresses rather than rely on an online pin or an older subdivision map. We use the same practical rule for event delivery: route from the approved school entrance, not a city label.

School counts come from the current Elkhorn Public Schools directory . Campus and boundary questions should be confirmed through the district's official map and boundary page .
Your first email can be short

Send six facts before choosing six attractions.

A realistic EPS recommendation starts with the event conditions. You do not need to arrive with a finished shopping cart.

Exact school and approved entrance
Event date and operating window
Grade levels and expected attendance
Class rotations or open family arrival
Grass, pavement, gym or mixed surfaces
Power, water and paperwork instructions

Those details let us narrow the inventory by footprint, age fit, throughput and delivery access before volunteers spend time comparing options that cannot work at the building.

Bell-to-bell movement

Elkhorn Field Day Rentals

EPS elementary, middle and high schools serve different age groups, but they share one field-day constraint: every station has to finish before the next group arrives.

We plan Elkhorn Field Day Rentals from the rotation backward. If six classes move every fifteen minutes, the goal is not one impressive unit with one impressive line. It is a set of stations with clear entrances, quick instructions and turn lengths that match the schedule.

Count groups, not just students

Attendance tells us event size. The number of simultaneous class groups tells us how many useful activity zones the plan needs.

Match turns to the bell

Obstacle races and short competitive games can reset quickly, while a high-capacity unit can absorb a larger group between moves.

Leave a weather route

Keep access lanes and decision points clear so staff can shorten, pause or relocate activities without rebuilding the whole event.

Families do not arrive by classroom

Elkhorn School Carnival Rentals

A family carnival at one of EPS's 22 schools needs an open-arrival layout, not the tight rotation grid used during the school day.

For Elkhorn School Carnival Rentals, we separate the plan into arrival, play and support zones. That gives families an obvious place to check in, lets siblings choose age-appropriate activities and keeps food, raffle tables and seating away from inflatable queues.

Front of house

Make entry readable

Wristbands, tickets and directions belong where families can find them without standing in the equipment unloading path.

Play zones

Split by pace and age

Pair a high-visibility anchor with quicker games and a younger-child option so one queue does not define the night.

Support zone

Protect the fundraiser

Give concessions, silent-auction items, prizes and seating their own footprint instead of squeezing them between attractions.

Elementary to high school

Elkhorn School Inflatable Rentals

EPS has K–5 elementary schools, grades 6–8 middle schools and grades 9–12 high schools. That progression should show up in the equipment, instructions and supervision plan.

We select Elkhorn School Inflatable Rentals by age, footprint, surface, throughput and operating window. A smaller combo can be a smart fit for a young-grade station. A middle-school incentive day may need fast competition. A high-school event should feel chosen for teenagers rather than borrowed from an elementary carnival.

K–5

Easy to enter and understand

Familiar bounce houses, combos and manageable slides reduce explanation time for younger groups.

Grades 6–8

Give them a challenge

Head-to-head games and obstacle courses turn waiting students into spectators and keep participation social.

Grades 9–12

Scale up the payoff

Larger competitive attractions, interactive games and defined hangout space create a more credible secondary-school event.

All-school night

Offer more than one lane

Separate younger and older experiences help siblings participate without forcing every family toward the same equipment.

Built for parent-led events

Elkhorn PTO Event Rentals

EPS policy identifies parent-teacher organizations as school- or district-affiliated nonprofit groups. That distinction matters when a PTO is coordinating a building event instead of an unrelated outside organization renting district space.

With Elkhorn PTO Event Rentals, Jumpers4You can handle delivery, setup, anchoring, takedown and pickup while the parent group stays focused on approval, volunteers, check-in, concessions and fundraising. Choose one campus contact who can answer building-access questions for both the school and our crew.

School decision maker

Identify who approves the site plan, equipment area and access window before the order is treated as final.

Volunteer handoff

Assign named leads for check-in, games, food and prizes so questions have a destination during the event.

One change channel

Weather or schedule changes should flow through one contact instead of several parents sending conflicting instructions.

The EPS campus handoff

Confirm what the truck, crew and school each need to know.

Newer schools, established campuses and three separate high schools do not share one universal loading route. A documented handoff prevents the gate, surface or timing from becoming an event-day surprise.

Building name and street address
Approved service entrance or gate
Delivery, setup and event windows
Approved footprint and surface type
Grade bands and participant count
Rotation length or arrival pattern
Power and water locations
Adult supervision assignments
COI and facility-use instructions
EPS paperwork, without assumptions

Vendor pre-approval and facility approval solve different problems.

Jumpers4You is pre-approved with Elkhorn Public Schools. The school or district still controls the event, approved equipment area, access window and any building-specific requirements.

School or affiliated PTO

Confirm the event plan

EPS gives school and district activities first priority and lists approved parent-teacher organizations in its second-priority group. Your building contact should confirm the space, timing and paperwork.

Outside organization

Confirm facility-use status

Non-school users apply through the district. Unless EPS waives the requirement in writing, its published rules call for a $1,000,000 liability certificate naming Elkhorn Public Schools as an additional insured for the dates of use.

Read the district's official Facility Use page and Administrative Rules for Policy 1006.01 . The insurance language above applies to facility users covered by those rules; it is not a claim that every school-sponsored event follows the same application process.
Put more of the budget into the event

Elkhorn schools can use two organization-focused offers.

20% Off

Enter code CSD20

Qualifying schools receive 20% off eligible rentals with code CSD20. Qualifying churches, daycares and nonprofits may use the same discount.

CSD20
$200

Add value to the fundraiser

Book four regular units for a qualifying school, church or nonprofit event and Jumpers4You can contribute a $200 gift certificate for the organization to raffle or fundraise with. It cannot reduce that organization's own rental total.
