Gretna Schools GPS Pre-Approved Fully Insured COI Available

Gretna School Event Rentals One district, multiple campuses and a school day that still has to run on time.

A Gretna school event starts with one detail that matters more than people expect: the actual campus. Gretna Public Schools includes elementary, middle and high-school buildings spread across the district, and not every GPS campus uses Gretna as its mailing city.

Jumpers4You provides Gretna School Event Rentals for field days, school carnivals, PTO and PTA family nights, fundraisers, reward days and end-of-year celebrations. We are pre-approved with Gretna Public Schools, fully insured and able to provide a Certificate of Insurance when requested.

Tell us the building, date, grade levels, attendance and available surface. We will help turn that into Gretna Field Day Rentals, Gretna School Carnival Rentals or Gretna PTO Event Rentals that fit the campus instead of forcing the campus to fit a generic rental list.

Gretna district planner

Gretna Public Schools is one district, but every campus is a different delivery plan.

The current GPS directory lists eight elementary schools, three middle schools and two high schools. That gives a field day planner thirteen possible buildings, different grade bands and very different arrival, surface and supervision conditions.

13 K-12 Schools
8 Elementary Schools
3 Middle Schools
2 High Schools

Gretna High School and Gretna East High School alone show why the school name matters. Both are GPS campuses, but Gretna East uses an Omaha mailing address. The district boundary page also says GPS uses both Sarpy and Douglas County GIS information when checking addresses. We therefore route the truck from the exact school address, not from the word “Gretna” on the order.

School counts are based on the current Gretna Public Schools directory . Address questions should be checked against the district's official boundary information .
Before you pick a rental

Start with the building, not just “Gretna.”

You do not need a finished equipment list before contacting us. These six details tell us more than a cart full of random attractions.

School name and exact campus address
Event date plus student-use times
Grades, age groups and rough attendance
How classes or families will rotate
Grass, pavement, gym or mixed surfaces
Gate access, power and school paperwork

From there, we can identify realistic equipment, delivery access and setup timing before the school commits to a layout.

Field day

Gretna Field Day Rentals

An elementary field day and a secondary-school reward day should not use the same rotation plan. Gretna's range of campuses makes grade level the right place to start.

For Gretna Field Day Rentals, we usually build multiple stations around the time each class has available. Obstacle courses and slides provide obvious start-and-finish movement. Interactive games add shorter competitive turns. Smaller games can keep another group active without creating one line for the entire school.

Elementary rotations

Use simple entrances, short instructions and enough separate stations that teachers are not holding a class beside one long line.

Middle-school energy

Competitive games and obstacle courses usually hold attention better when groups can challenge one another and move on quickly.

High-school payoff

Larger interactive attractions should feel intentionally selected for teenagers, with food, seating and social space planned separately.

School carnival

Gretna School Carnival Rentals

A Gretna family carnival is not a field day with parents added. Families arrive at different times, siblings cross grade levels and check-in, food and fundraising all compete for attention.

We plan Gretna School Carnival Rentals in zones. Larger inflatables create visible anchors. Shorter games support prizes and volunteer stations. Food, raffle tables and seating stay out of the attraction queues. That makes the event easier to understand when families enter and easier to supervise after the crowd builds.

Arrival

Protect the front door

Keep registration, ticket sales and wristbands away from unloading paths and inflatable entrances.

Activity

Give families choices

Combine one or two visual anchors with quicker stations so every guest is not waiting for the same attraction.

Support

Plan the quiet space too

Seating, food, raffles and volunteer supplies need their own room instead of becoming obstacles around the play area.

Match the campus

Gretna School Inflatable Rentals

The right inflatable is the one that fits the students, operating schedule and approved setup area. The biggest picture on the website is not automatically the best school choice.

When selecting Gretna School Inflatable Rentals, we look at age range, throughput, footprint, surface, power and the time allowed for each rotation. A mixed-age family night may need separate options. A single-grade reward day may benefit from a tighter, more competitive lineup.

Elementary

Simple and familiar

Bounce houses, combos and smaller slides are easy for younger students to understand and for adults to supervise.

Middle School

Movement and competition

Obstacle courses, sports challenges and interactive games create a reason to participate instead of stand around.

High School

Do not make it childish

Competitive attractions and larger challenges work better than relying on equipment selected for elementary-age students.

Family Night

Build two experiences

A younger-child option plus challenges for older students gives siblings and parents more reasons to stay.

PTO + PTA events

Gretna PTO Event Rentals

Parent volunteers should not have to become delivery coordinators, layout designers and insurance specialists just to put on a family night.

Gretna PTO Event Rentals can cover a small reward event or a full family carnival with inflatables, games, tables, chairs and fundraising areas. We handle delivery, setup and pickup. The PTO keeps control of the school approvals, volunteer plan and event schedule without also managing rental installation.

One campus contact

Choose one person who can confirm the setup area, gate, timing and last-minute school instructions.

One job per volunteer

Assign check-in, food, prizes and activity areas instead of asking every volunteer to watch the entire event.

One weather decision path

Decide who communicates weather or schedule changes so the school, PTO and rental team are working from the same plan.

Gretna campus checklist

Confirm the route onto campus before we route the truck.

GPS includes buildings with different addresses, parking patterns and available surfaces. A school name, setup contact and approved entrance prevent the most avoidable event-day problems.

School name and exact address
Event and equipment operating times
Approved setup area and surface
Truck entrance, gate and parking plan
Grade levels and attendance
Power and water availability
Student rotation or family flow
Staff and volunteer supervision
COI or insurance instructions
GPS approval note

Pre-approved with the district does not mean the building has approved every setup.

Jumpers4You is pre-approved with Gretna Public Schools. Your school still decides whether the event is approved, which area may be used and what documents or site conditions apply.

Jumpers4You

What we handle

We provide equipment information, delivery coordination, setup, anchoring, takedown and pickup. We can also provide a Certificate of Insurance and respond to specific certificate wording.

School or PTO

What you confirm

Confirm the event, approved setup location, access window, supervision plan and any district or building-specific paperwork. Send special requirements before the rental date.

Gretna Public Schools maintains an official policy library . Its community gym page also says school activities take priority and community gym time is limited to designated uses. An outside group should never assume that a gym or other district space is available for an inflatable event without direct approval.
Budget help for organized events

Two offers that can return value to a Gretna school.

20% Off

Use school code CSD20

Qualifying schools receive 20% off eligible rentals with code CSD20. The same discount is available to qualifying churches, daycares and nonprofits.

CSD20
$200

A fundraiser item for larger orders

Schools, churches and nonprofits renting four regular units can receive a free $200 gift certificate to raffle or use in a fundraiser. It is not valid toward the organization's own rental.

Gretna School Event Rentals FAQ

Is Jumpers4You pre-approved with Gretna Public Schools?
Yes. Jumpers4You is pre-approved with Gretna Public Schools. The school still approves the individual event, equipment and setup location, so confirm the building's plan before finalizing the rental.
Why do you need the exact GPS campus instead of only “Gretna”?
Gretna Public Schools includes thirteen current K-12 campuses and not every district building uses Gretna as its mailing city. Gretna East High School, for example, uses an Omaha address. The exact building determines the delivery route, access plan and available setup area.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for a Gretna school?
Yes. Jumpers4You is fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance when requested. Send any additional-insured wording or building-specific instructions early so the document matches what the school needs.
What Gretna Field Day Rentals work for large student rotations?
Several stations normally work better than one main attraction. Obstacle courses, slides, interactive inflatables and shorter games can serve separate groups while teachers move classes on a schedule. The right mix depends on grade level, attendance and rotation time.
What should we choose for Gretna School Carnival Rentals?
Begin with one or two larger attractions, then add shorter games for prizes and fundraising. Plan check-in, food, seating and raffle tables at the same time so those areas do not block attraction entrances or delivery access.
Which Gretna School Inflatable Rentals fit different ages?
Bounce houses, combos and simpler slides generally fit elementary groups. Middle- and high-school students usually respond better to obstacle courses, competitive games and interactive attractions. Mixed-age family events benefit from separate choices.
Do you provide Gretna PTO Event Rentals?
Yes. Jumpers4You works with PTO and PTA groups planning family nights, carnivals, fundraisers and reward events. We can provide inflatables, games, tables and chairs while handling delivery, setup and pickup.
Do Gretna schools receive the CSD20 discount?
Qualifying schools receive 20% off eligible rentals with code CSD20. Qualifying churches, daycares and nonprofits can use the same discount.
Does pre-approval mean any GPS location can use inflatables?
No. Vendor pre-approval does not replace approval of the event, equipment or setup location. The school or district must confirm the area and any facility requirements before the rental plan is treated as final.
Do you deliver, set up and return for pickup?
Yes. Jumpers4You handles delivery, setup, anchoring, takedown and pickup for delivered rental equipment. We need the approved campus entrance, setup surface and timing before event day.
Ready when the school is

Send the campus and schedule first. We will help build the rental list.

Start with the school name, event date, student-use times, grade levels, approximate attendance and approved surface. You do not need to guess which attractions fit before contacting us.

We will help turn those details into a Gretna School Event Rentals plan that fits the actual building and remains realistic for staff and volunteers to run.
