Omaha City Schools OPS Pre-Approved Fully Insured COI Available

Omaha School Event Rentals Built for the actual building, district and number of people moving through it.

An Omaha address does not tell us everything about a school event. Omaha Public Schools, Westside Community Schools, other district boundaries and private or parochial campuses each bring different contacts, entrances, schedules and approval paths.

Inside Omaha, Jumpers4You supports the school calendar from daytime field rotations to evening family carnivals, PTO fundraisers, student rewards and year-end celebrations. Our Omaha School Event Rentals service is pre-approved with Omaha Public Schools, fully insured and backed by COI support.

Start with the school, district, date, attendance, grade levels and approved surface. We will help turn those facts into Omaha Field Day Rentals, Omaha School Carnival Rentals or Omaha PTO Event Rentals that fit the campus.

“Omaha school” is a location. It is not a complete delivery plan.

Omaha Public Schools is Nebraska's largest school district and serves more than 50,000 students from early childhood through graduation. Westside Community Schools operates District 66 campuses, and Omaha also includes private, parochial and other district-served schools.

OPS District Pre-Approval
66 Westside District
Exact Campus Required

That variety is why we ask for both the building and district. A planner at an OPS elementary school may be working around a compact blacktop, secured service entrance and elementary bell schedule. A Westside, private or parochial campus may have a different facility form, contact and usable space. The correct answer comes from the building—not from a generic list of every school name in Omaha.

District scale is based on the current Omaha Public Schools website . District 66 maintains its own Westside facilities-rental process .
Before inventory browsing

Give us the Omaha campus facts that change the recommendation.

A school planner does not need to know every inflatable measurement before contacting us. These details let us eliminate poor fits early.

School, district and street address
Approved truck entrance and access window
Grades, attendance and event format
Student-use or family-attendance times
Field, blacktop, courtyard or gym surface
Power, water and insurance instructions

From there, we can narrow the lineup by age, throughput, footprint, setup time and the distance equipment must travel from the truck.

The block around the building matters

Omaha campus access can be tighter than the event field looks.

A wide field does not guarantee an easy delivery. Older city campuses may have secured gates, narrow service lanes, stairs, curbs or long moves from parking. Newer campuses may have more space but heavier bus and parent traffic.

Protect the bus loop

Schedule unloading around arrival and dismissal, and never assume a school entrance remains available once buses begin moving.

Measure the full route

A unit can fit on the field and still fail the access test because of a fence opening, locked gate, stairs or an interior doorway.

Separate trucks from students

Confirm a service route and setup window that does not cross an active recess area, family entrance or student walking path.

OPS publishes different standard schedules for elementary and secondary schools. That is another reason to send the actual operating and access times rather than assuming every Omaha school follows one bell.

School planners can verify current district times through the official OPS calendars and school-hours page .
Class rotations, not one giant line

Omaha Field Day Rentals

A field day works when the station plan respects the class schedule. The number of groups moving at once matters more than the total enrollment printed on a school profile.

For Omaha Field Day Rentals, we work backward from group count and minutes per rotation. Obstacle courses can create visible start-and-finish movement. Interactive sports games offer shorter turns. Slides or bounce units can absorb another age group without forcing the entire school into the same queue.

Rotation map

Assign every class a next stop

Teachers should know where to move before the whistle, music or announcement ends the current period.

Capacity

Plan around the slowest station

The attraction with the longest turn often controls the whole rotation. Balance it with parallel lanes or shorter activities.

Reset

Leave time for instructions

A fifteen-minute period is not fifteen minutes of play after walking, safety directions and the handoff to the next group.

Open arrival changes the layout

Omaha School Carnival Rentals

Omaha family nights bring parents, siblings, food, tickets and fundraising into the same footprint. That requires zones, not a row of equipment selected without a crowd plan.

We organize Omaha School Carnival Rentals around arrival, attraction, game and support areas. Larger inflatables create visual anchors. Faster games provide more choices. Check-in, concessions, raffles and seating receive their own space so volunteer tables do not become barriers around inflatable entrances.

Entry

Check-in first

Place tickets and wristbands where families can stop without blocking play.

Anchor

Create a visual center

Use a larger attraction to orient guests, then distribute other choices around it.

Games

Short turns reduce pressure

Volunteer-managed challenges give families something to do beyond one main line.

Support

Protect food and fundraising

Keep concessions, prizes and raffles visible but outside attraction queues.

Choose by function

Omaha School Inflatable Rentals

A school rental should solve a movement or participation problem. “Biggest available” is not a useful selection method by itself.

We compare Omaha School Inflatable Rentals by age, capacity, turn length, footprint, surface and supervision. Elementary students benefit from clear rules and familiar play. Middle-school students usually respond to competition. High-school attractions need to feel intentional rather than like leftover elementary equipment.

Young grades

Bounce houses, combos and manageable slides keep instructions simple.

Middle school

Races, sports challenges and interactive games make participation social.

High school

Larger challenges and head-to-head games create a better secondary-school payoff.

Mixed-age night

Separate younger and older options so siblings are not forced into one experience.

Built beyond the backyard scale

Omaha PTO Event Rentals need a vendor plan and a volunteer plan.

Jumpers4You's school-event experience includes PTO events around 1,000 attendees. At that size, one contact, one entrance and one main attraction are not enough to keep the event understandable.

For Omaha PTO Event Rentals, we handle delivered equipment from arrival through pickup. The PTO or PTA keeps ownership of school approval, check-in, concessions, fundraising and volunteers. Both sides should know who can approve a location or schedule change.

One authorized school contact
One vendor arrival contact
Named zone leads
Separate check-in team
Food and raffle footprint
Line and supervision assignments
Weather decision owner
Emergency access lane
End-of-event handoff
OPS paperwork, stated accurately

Pre-approved vendor status does not approve the individual event.

Jumpers4You is pre-approved with Omaha Public Schools. The district or building still decides whether an event, facility, rental and setup area are approved.

Equipment and documentation

We provide equipment information, delivery coordination, setup, anchoring, takedown and pickup. We can issue a COI using the certificate-holder or additional-insured wording supplied to us.

School or facility user

Building and event approval

Confirm the facility, activity, access hours, usable surface, supervision and district forms. An outside applicant should follow the district's community-use process rather than assume school sponsorship.

OPS's published community-use policy requires an applicant to obtain comprehensive general liability coverage with a $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence, name the district as an additional insured and provide a certificate before facility use. The superintendent or designee may waive that rule only in the limited circumstances described in the policy.

Outside organizations should review the official OPS facility-use application information and OPS Policy 1100 . Those requirements apply to applicants using district facilities; they should not be read as a claim that every school-sponsored event follows the same outside-use process.
Final campus confirmation

Put the approved plan in one message before delivery day.

School and district
On-site decision maker
Truck entrance and gate status
Setup and operating times
Approved surface and dimensions
Power, water and COI details

Include locked-gate instructions, construction, parking restrictions, stairs, curb changes or a long equipment move. Those details influence arrival time and what equipment can reasonably reach the site.

Answers for Omaha school planners

Omaha School Event Rentals FAQ

What OPS vendor approval does Jumpers4You already have?
Yes. Jumpers4You is pre-approved with Omaha Public Schools. The individual building or district still approves the event, equipment, facility and setup area.
Why do you need both the Omaha school and district?
Omaha-area campuses operate under multiple public districts as well as private and parochial organizations. The district and building determine the contact, paperwork, access and approved setup plan.
Can you provide a COI for an Omaha school?
Yes. Jumpers4You is fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance. Send the certificate holder, additional-insured wording and deadline early enough for the document to be reviewed.
What does OPS Policy 1100 require from an outside facility applicant?
OPS's published policy calls for comprehensive general liability coverage with a $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence, names the district as an additional insured and requires proof before use. A limited waiver is possible under the circumstances stated by OPS.
Do you serve Westside Community Schools and District 66?
We serve Omaha schools, including District 66 locations. Confirm the individual event and facility process with Westside; the district publishes a facilities-rental page and facility-use form.
How do you plan Omaha Field Day Rentals?
We start with the number of class groups, students per group and minutes per rotation. Then we match station capacity and turn length to the school schedule instead of relying on one main attraction.
Can you handle a large Omaha school carnival?
Yes. Larger carnivals need multiple attraction and game zones plus separate space for check-in, food, prizes, fundraising and seating. Send expected attendance and the site plan early.
Do you work with private and parochial Omaha schools?
Yes. We work with public, private and parochial school planners. Each campus should confirm its own insurance, facility, access and equipment requirements.
What discount do qualifying Omaha schools receive?
Qualifying schools receive 20% off eligible rentals using code CSD20. Qualifying churches, daycares and nonprofits may use the same discount.
Which parts of delivery day does the Jumpers4You crew handle?
Yes. Jumpers4You handles delivery, setup, anchoring, takedown and pickup for delivered equipment. The approved entrance, surface and schedule should be confirmed before the crew arrives.

Where we set up across Omaha

Omaha school events have a familiar rhythm. You might be running field day stations on a grass field, hosting an indoor celebration in a gym when weather flips, or creating a carnival vibe on a blacktop near the playground. You will see us setting up near elementary playgrounds, middle school activity entrances, and open fields that give kids room to rotate through activities without crowding. If your campus has tight drive lanes or limited access points, we plan around it so your buses, staff parking, and vendor flow stay protected.

Omaha school event rentals FAQ

Can you provide a COI for our school event in Omaha?

Yes. We are fully insured and can provide a COI. If your facility use form needs specific wording, we align to the requirement so your approval process stays clean.

How much space do we need for a field day setup?

It depends on the mix you choose. We plan for safe spacing and clean lines. If you tell us whether you are using a gym, field, or blacktop, we help you choose options that fit and keep traffic moving.

What works best for older grades versus elementary grades?

Older grades usually want longer obstacle courses and competitive inflatable games. Elementary grades usually do best with steady bounce options and a simple mix that spreads kids out.

Do you deliver to all Omaha schools and districts?
